Telangana Congress Leaders Summoned to Delhi for Anti-SIR Rally

The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee has directed all party MPs, MLAs, MLCs, and senior district leaders to report to New Delhi by October 12. The directive, issued by TPCC president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud following instructions from AICC general secretary K.C. Venugopal, is being treated as a priority.

Party members are gathering in the capital to participate in a national rally demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The protest specifically calls for the scrapping of the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, with delegations from across India expected to join the demonstration.
