Delhi Police Release Video Regarding Abhijeet Dipke Detention

Delhi Police released video footage showing officers informing Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke of his grandmother’s death while he was in detention. Officials stated that they offered him assistance with travel, phone calls, and arrangements to attend the funeral in Maharashtra, but Dipke declined the help.

The police released the video to counter allegations from Dipke’s mother, who claimed the family was unable to contact her son. Dipke was detained on October 10 alongside two other party leaders while traveling for a planned protest at Jantar Mantar, which had been denied permission by authorities.
