Tiger and Krishna Shroff Launch Matrix Wellness Centre in Mumbai

Tiger Shroff and his sister, Krishna Shroff, have expanded their fitness brand with the launch of Matrix Wellness in Mumbai. The new facility, which joins their existing MMA Matrix Gym and Matrix Fight Night ecosystem, focuses on recovery, movement, and holistic wellbeing.

The centre offers specialized services including cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, and sauna sessions, alongside high-intensity Lagree training. Tiger emphasized that the venture aims to teach people that fitness extends beyond physical training to include essential recovery practices. The siblings intend for the 10,000-square-foot combined space to make wellness an accessible and integrated part of daily life.
